Refund policy

ToolBox Widget Warranty Overview: The lifetime warranty for your ToolBox Widget (TBW) product is truly that. We have a simple policy. We will warranty any valid issue with the products that you have purchased from us or any authorized tool distributor for the life of the product. We stand behind our customers and products, period. Not only are we mechanic and veteran-owned, but we employ veterans and mechanics. So, we understand your tool needs and how important it is to have reliable, high-quality products. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Most claims are handled and shipped out by the next business day.  Our warranty extends to original purchasers of TBW products.  If you made our purchase through our website, we'll have your information, but if you bought through an authorized distributor you'll need to have a receipt or other purchase documentation.

Defective Products: If a TBW product has a manufacturing defect, complete the form at https://toolboxwidget.ca/pages/warranty to explain the situation and request replacement. If replacement is warranted, we will replace the defective product and also cover the cost of shipping the approved replacement product to you within Canada via the postal system.  We may ask you to return the defective product or to dispose of it.  Final decisions on warranty claims are made by TBW. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and happiness. 

Returns: If you realize you purchased the wrong product, or are for any reason not 100% satisfied with a TBW product, complete the form at https://toolboxwidget.ca/pages/warranty within 60 days of your purchase to explain the situation.  We'll then evaluate the situation and work with you to reach a successful outcome.  If a return is necessary, we recommend you use a reputable shipping service with tracking capability, but we do not cover return shipping costs. If a product is returned in less than 100% original condition, less than a 100% exchange or refund may result.  If a product is returned in unusable condition, no exchange or refund may be possible.

Non-Coverage: TBW's warranty does not cover any product that's been intentionally abused, or damaged as the result of use not reasonably expected to occur during an ordinary workday.
