Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays but will usually ship the following normal business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for the delivery for holidays and during unexpected non-normal times like Covid-19.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone using the contact information you provided when ordering.

Shipping charges and timing estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Other options may be available at checkout
For larger orders UPS Ground or similar is the preferred carrier/shipping service.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur with any carrier and are out of our control. When possible, a tracking number will be provided.
Shipment addresses are based on customer input and ToolBox Widget will not be held liable for incorrect shipping information after the order is shipped. However, we will always do what we can to help our customers and make sure you are happy and satisfied.
ToolBox Widget does sell and ship to some other countries outside of Canada. Those shipping rates and times vary and will be displayed at checkout when possible.
Express shipping is sent via DHL; standard shipping is delivered via FedEx
The rates and estimated shipping time must be accepted and paid for at the time of checkout.
By completing the checkout process, customers agree to those rates and times, which are provided by the carrier/shipper.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive an order confirmation by email from support@toolboxwidget.ca and a separate email providing the shipment confirmation once your order has shipped. For most shippers, that email will also contain your tracking number(s).
The tracking number is usually active within 24 hours of your order being placed Monday through Friday.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
ToolBox Widget is not responsible for paying any customs fees, duties or taxes that may be applied to your order outside of Canada.
All government fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages.
ToolBox Widget is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
However, we will do everything in our power to help you and make it up to you as we know it was not your fault, nor ours.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
You must also file a claim with the shipping carrier and provide us with that claim number.
